Admission schedule

 

1. First day of supplementary registration in the IRK system and payment of recruitment fees: 01 June (from 12.00 pm.) 

2. The last day of registration in the IRK system and payment of recruitment fees: October 5th

[for first-cycle full-time studies, uniform master's and second-degree studies]

3. Entrance exam in the form an interview: 6th (information about the time and place of the exam will be forwarded by the admissions committee to the candidate's accounts in IRK or by email phone; it is planned to conduct an exam at the Campus at Wóycickiego 1/3.

Those who cannot come to the UKSW headquarters on the day of the exam can take the exam using Skype (it is necessary to report this fact to the WFCH recruitment committee in advance).

• Announcement of results in the IRK system:  October 9th 12:00 p.m.

• Accepting documents for full-time studies: October 12-15th

 

STUDIES WITHOUT QUALIFICATION

2nd degree extramural studies conducted by the Faculty of Theology - Specialized Theological Studies

1. Start of registration: July 13th

2. Last of registration: October 8th

3. Interview to verify knowledge of English (only for candidates who do not have the required document allowing to verify language skills) October 9th 1p.m.

4. Acceptance of documents: documents will be accepted on an ongoing basis, i.e. after the candidate has registered in the IRK, during the registration period (July 13- October 8) after its completion (until October 15), during the working hours of the secretary's office for those studies (detailed information on the pages:

Once being qualified to submit documents for studies, the candidates who do not have a residing address in the European Union at that moment will be asked to provide a mailing address within the EU. Optionally, they can appoint a representative for the case residing in the Republic of Poland or a proxy for correspondence in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
